User Story Mapping
Imagining the journey that end-users will take in your application.
Highlights
How will a typical user use your application? What kind of functions you need to develop in the application in order to meet that user's goals?

Once you are ready to develop your first application, these are some of the questions you will need to answer when you are compiling the application's requirements list. A user story map is a powerful tool that enable an agile team to groom their product backlog and plan the product releases more effectively. We love to use this tool to help out start-ups in imagining how their applications will be experienced by the end-users. The resulting user stories also help us later on in creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
Data points include: distance between towers, signal type of each antenna, angle of signal broadcast, coordinates and clusters data
Use cases: user access classification for administrator, planning & submitting draft for installation activities, real - time productivity data.
Together with Garindo, we defined an MVP of our app and thought about what it really takes to understand the target group's problem. I noticed that there were many points that I hadn't thought through properly, by sparring and talking about it with Garindo we came up with solutions and significantly improved the app.
